\nSituated on a sandy beach, it enjoys a fabulous view of Buck Island, Christiansted Harbor and points east.

\nOn a clear day, St Thomas, St John, Virgin Gorda and Tortola are all visible to the North.
\nSugar Beach is gated from the beach side and has security and FREE parking.
\nOur beautifully laid out fresh water pool is built around a historic sugar mill.
\nIt features a shaded area and “in the water” seating and tables.
\nThere is a community room and gas grills there for your use.
\nUse the direct beach access from the parking area to swim and snorkel right off our sandy beach in the reef protected Caribbean.
\nThe waves are gentle and the sea bottom is a mix of soft sea grass and white sand.

\nSugar Beach is conveniently located just minutes from Christiansted for shopping, dining and sight seeing.
\nTwo grocery stores as well as fast food restaurants and a bank are just a short drive.
