Sugar Beach is a beachfront condominium complex just west of Christiansted.
Situated on a sandy beach, it enjoys a fabulous view of Buck Island, Christiansted Harbor and points east.
See amazing sunrises most every morning.
On a clear day, St Thomas, St John, Virgin Gorda and Tortola are all visible to the North.
Sugar Beach is gated from the beach side and has security and FREE parking.
Our beautifully laid out fresh water pool is built around a historic sugar mill.
It features a shaded area and “in the water” seating and tables.
There is a community room and gas grills there for your use.
Use the direct beach access from the parking area to swim and snorkel right off our sandy beach in the reef protected Caribbean.
The waves are gentle and the sea bottom is a mix of soft sea grass and white sand.
Our units at Sugar Beach are one and two-bedroom suites with full kitchens, living and dining area, large gallery, Central A/C,  Cable TV, FREE WifI. Our two bedroom layouts have a  washer / dryer IN UNIT. Coin-Op laundry facilities are also available on site.

Sugar Beach is conveniently located just minutes from Christiansted for shopping, dining and sight seeing.
Two grocery stores as well as fast food restaurants and a bank are an easy walk.
There are also two beachfront restaurant / bars in walking distance, one right next door.
